Cheer it up

There come some bitter days from time to time. They make us appreciate the good days.
To be honest, I had a rough day and there's no particular reason for that. I realized it's ok not to be ok from time to time. That's part of life and we should accept it.
In such moments, one learns to notice the attempts of the other people to make us happy again.
But noticing is not enough, one must appreciate them and be truly thankful that such people are by one's side in those blue days.
Don't forget that there are people you can cheer up, too. When you see that one's not smiling as usual, cheer that person. Smile, hug or just kindly greet him. Your small contribution to that person's grumpy day may turn everything up. In a good way, of course.
Good attitude always beats the bad one. Not instantly, but for sure, it does.
